Features of Loading Platform

Minglei construction loading platform is composed of several key components, including adjustable support props, a stationary frame, a retractable platform, guardrails, and safety doors. The stationary frame is positioned on the building’s floor slab, with an “H” frame situated close to the slab edge. The movable deck slides in and out on the stationary frame using rollers attached to both the stationary frame and the deck. To load materials, the movable deck is extended beyond the building edge. When not in use, the deck is retracted back into the building. The adjustable props provide support by transferring the platform’s load to the ceiling between two floors. Additional features include a deck locking pin to secure the movable deck, side panels with safety lanyard lines and adjustable doors, front end doors with locks, and a safety chain for handling longer loads. A foot-operated leveling ramp is also included to facilitate the movement of trolleys onto the deck.
